Shipping Information

At Pocket Flex, we believe premium products should ship fast and with clarity. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

In-Stock Orders (Same-Day Shipping)

All in-stock Pocket Flex orders are processed and shipped the same day the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before our daily cutoff will ship out that day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped once production is complete.

If your order contains a pre-order item:

  • The estimated shipping timeline will be clearly listed on the product page

  • Your order will ship as soon as the item is ready

  • Tracking information will be provided once shipped

Pre-orders allow us to produce limited pieces without compromising quality.

Limited Drops

Pocket Flex drops are released in limited quantities.

For drop items:

  • Orders ship the same day they are placed while supplies last

  • Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked

  • High order volume during drops may cause slight processing delays, but all orders are fulfilled in the order they are received

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped

  • Pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately

  • Pocket Flex is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
